We are looking for a proactive and results\-driven Sales Development Executive \Enterprise Sales to accelerate our growth in the cybersecurity domain. This role is focused on new business acquisition , identifying enterprise opportunities, engaging decision\-makers, and driving end\-to\-end sales. You will be at the forefront of building strong client relationships and positioning our cybersecurity solutions as a trusted choice for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis: Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to refine sales approaches.
Lead Generation: Drive prospecting activities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry forums, and networking events.
Prospect Engagement: Initiate conversations with CXOs and IT decision\-makers to understand challenges and position solutions effectively.
Product Knowledge: Develop deep expertise in our cybersecurity products and tailor pitches to client needs.
Product Demonstrations: Coordinate with technical teams to deliver impactful demos and proof\-of\-concept sessions.
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor pipeline health, sales KPIs, and conversion metrics to optimize sales outcomes.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long\-term client partnerships to enable upsell\/cross\-sell opportunities.
Bachelor\degree in Engineering (B.Tech\/B.E. in IT\/CS\/Electronics\/Electrical or related field).
2\3 years of total experience, with minimum 1 year in successful B2B sales .
Strong background in selling to Retail, Education, Hospitality, IT Services, or IT Hardware industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage with and build credibility among CXO\-level executives (CTO, CIO, IT Heads, etc.) .
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales tracking and market research tools .
Self\-driven, goal\-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Openness to travel across India for client engagements.
Nice to Have
MBA or equivalent management qualification.
Prior experience in SaaS or cybersecurity sales .
Exposure to enterprise account management and consultative selling .
Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.
