Network Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network design, configuration, and maintenance and will thrive in a dynamic environment requiring hands-on fieldwork and proactive problem-solving. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining dynamic and complex networks. Good command over top routers, switches, and firewalls with proactive security processes. Proactively monitor client networks and resolve issues as per the committed SLAs. Ensuring network best practices are implemented during deployments, audits, and network documentation. Working with Customer Success team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction in minimum time & transparently sharing the RCA of each issue. Managing and mentoring existing Network Engineering Team and channel partners across the globe. Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation. Ready to get his hands directly infield visits for deployment & debugging. Requirements REQUIREMENTS Strong communication skills. Should have the ability to empathize with the customer, handle objections & effectively communicate issues to Indian/Global clients and partners. Must have a strong understanding of Mikrotik . Strong understanding of Communication and Routing Protocols like TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLAN, IPSEC, NAT, VPN, BGP, RIP, EGP, etc. Familiarity with at least one of these: Perl, Python, or Shell Script Expertise in network diagnostic tools and commands to monitor network performance and bottlenecks \u200b WAN, LAN & WiFi technologies like WiFi Congestion, Single-band vs Dual-band, Frequency. Packet Sniffing, etc. Problem-solving Skills: The candidate should have the ability to accurately assess a situation and arrive at a solution in the customers interest.
