Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our diagnostic lab in Mysore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day lab activities, team coordination, quality compliance, customer service, and achieving business targets. The role demands strong leadership and healthcare service management skills.

Key Responsibilities:Operations & Staff Management

• Oversee the complete functioning of the diagnostic center, including front desk, sample collection, lab processing, and reporting
• Supervise a team of phlebotomists, technicians, receptionists, and support staff
• Ensure timely report delivery, minimal sample rejection, and smooth patient flow
• Maintain stock of reagents, consumables, and machine maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with central teams for IT, logistics, and admin support

Customer Service & Engagement

• Ensure excellent patient experience and service quality
• Handle patient feedback, queries, and escalations professionally
• Build strong relationships with referring doctors, hospitals, and walk-in clients
• Support in promoting health packages, seasonal campaigns, and home collection services

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with NABL, ISO, and biomedical waste disposal norms
• Implement SOPs and internal quality audits in coordination with QA team
• Ensure adherence to infection control, hygiene, and lab safety protocols

Sales & Business Monitoring

• Monitor daily revenue, walk-ins, and home collection growth
• Drive performance to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate MIS reports, billing summaries, and performance dashboards
• Assist in organizing local marketing activities and doctor engagement programs

Qualifications:

• Graduation in Life Sciences / B.Sc MLT / BPharm / Healthcare / BBA / MBA
• 3–6 years of experience in diagnostics, pathology, hospital, or clinic management
• Strong team handling, communication, and decision-making skills
• Working knowledge of LIS, MS Office, and customer service tools
• Local language (Kannada) speaking ability preferred
