Job Description

Lead and mentor the tele-calling team to achieve admission goals.
Drive admissions through counselling sessions, follow-ups, and campus visits.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, and promotional events.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase admissions.
Collaborate with other teams to meet organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Proven team-handling experience with centre-level target achievement.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
Target-driven mindset with willingness to work on admission goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Experience in academic counselling or education management is an added advantage.
