Position: Centre Manager

Location:

Jayanagar, Banglore

Experience:

5+ YearsWe are looking for an experienced

Centre Manager

with strong expertise in

Operations and Sales

, specifically from the

Wellness, Beauty, Aesthetics, or Healthcare Centre

background.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall centre operations, staff management, and daily workflow.
Drive sales targets, revenue generation, and customer conversions.
Ensure excellent customer experience, retention, and relationship management.
Oversee inventory, billing, schedules, and compliance.
Monitor performance metrics and report centre growth.
Coordinate with marketing and management teams for centre promotions.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Wellness Centre Operations/Sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage teams and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Only candidates from wellness/aesthetic/beauty/healthcare centre backgrounds will be considered.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
