We are dedicated to delivering excellent learning experiences and helping students achieve their English language goals. ⸻ Job Role: Centre Manager The Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent customer experience, and consistent admissions growth. This role requires strong communication skills, organisational ability, and a customer-focused mindset. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Admissions & Sales Convert incoming calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries into admissions. Conduct enquiry counselling, course explanation, and fee presentation confidently. Maintain a strong admissions pipeline and meet monthly targets. Follow up promptly with potential students and parents until closure. 2. Enquiry Management Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and in-person queries. Maintain enquiry records, follow-up schedules, and daily reports. Ensure every enquiry receives a timely and professional response. 3. Batch Scheduling & Coordination Plan, schedule, and organise new batches for various Cambridge English programmes. Coordinate with trainers to manage timetables and ensure smooth batch flow. Keep students informed about class timings, changes, and updates. 4. Customer Service Provide a warm, professional, and supportive experience to students and parents. Address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction. Assist learners during registration, placement tests, and exam-related processes. 5. Fees & Collections Manage fee collection, invoicing, and receipt issuance. Follow up on pending payments and instalments. Maintain accurate financial records for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. 6. Centre Operations & Administration Oversee daily centre operations—including cleanliness, classroom readiness, and supplies. Maintain student records, documentation, and registers. Support exam registrations and coordination as per Cambridge English guidelines. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, centre management, or customer service (education sector preferred). Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong organisation and follow-up ability. Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer operations.
