Job Title: Preschool & Daycare Center Manager Job Location - Kidzee Preschool & Daycare D Block Sector 3 Greater Noida West Job Summary :The Preschool & Daycare Center Manager is responsible for managing admissions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of care, safety, and early childhood education. The role involves coordinating staff, engaging with parents, overseeing compliance, and ensuring a nurturing and well-organized learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Admissions & Parent Engagement Handle all admission inquiries, school tours, enrollments, and onboarding of new children. Communicate clearly with parents regarding programs, fees, policies, and schedules. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and admission documentation. Address parent concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Overall Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the preschool and daycare center to ensure smooth functioning. Ensure classrooms, play areas, and facilities are safe, clean, and child-friendly at all times. Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and routines. Coordinate with vendors for supplies, food, maintenance, and other services. Staff Supervision & Coordination Manage teaching and non-teaching staff schedules, attendance, and performance. Support staff with guidance, training coordination, and daily operational needs. Ensure appropriate staff-to-child ratios are maintained as per regulations. Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional work culture. Academic & Program Oversight Ensure age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities are implemented effectively. Monitor classroom activities to maintain quality early childhood education standards. Coordinate events, celebrations, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities. Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with local regulations, childcare laws, and licensing requirements. Enforce health, hygiene, and safety protocols across the center. Oversee emergency preparedness, child safety procedures, and incident reporting. Administration & Reporting Prepare and maintain operational reports, admissions data, and basic financial records. Coordinate fee collection, follow-ups, and support basic accounting processes. Assist management with planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Management, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience in preschool, daycare, or educational center management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of early childhood education practices and childcare regulations. Proficiency in basic computer applications and school management systems. Personal Attributes Caring, patient, and child-focused attitude. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Professional, approachable, and trustworthy demeanor. Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities proactively. Working Conditions : Fulltime position based at the preschool/daycare center.
