Job Description Roles And Responsibilities Lead Calling & Outreach Make daily calls on the assigned leads. Ensure that the daily call count meets or exceeds the specified target. Maintain accuracy in data entry for all call interactions in the CRM system. Conversion & Registration Targets Achieve conversion rates for lead registrations as per daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Track performance against targets and consistently work towards improving conversion rates. Provisional Admission Conversions Effectively convert registrations into provisional admissions as per the targets provided. Coordinate with the admissions team and ensure timely follow-ups. CRM & Data Management Ensure the CRM is consistently updated with accurate call details, lead status, and follow-up actions. Generate and review CRM reports to track progress and address any gaps in the process. Walk-In Handling Assist in managing walk-in inquiries, especially during high-traffic periods. Provide effective counselling to prospective students and ensure a high-quality service experience. Administration Organize orientation sessions for new students, introducing them to the university culture. Plan and execute local events to promote design education and lead generation. Develop local outreach for sales, hiring, industry connections, and visibility in the region. Provide content updates and data to the HQ team monthly. Coordinate with appointed university officials regarding academic approvals and infrastructure development. Ensure all infrastructure, including classrooms, labs, and hostels, is well-maintained. Plan and execute departmental events and promote consultancy projects. Supervise support staff for efficient daily operations, leave approvals, and performance tracking. Address student and faculty grievances effectively to maintain a harmonious environment. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, faculty schedules, and administrative tasks. Act as a liaison between faculty and management, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Facilitate collaboration with industries for guest lectures, internships, and live projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in EdTech Sales (preferable) Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant administrative software. Key Skills 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the education or EdTech sector (Design) Excellent communication and active listening skills Friendly, patient, and accommodating personality Leadership and people management Problem-solving and conflict resolution Attention to detail and process-oriented
