  5 years of experience

  in admissions, counselling, or education sales (Education/EdTech preferred)
• Strong

  team handling

  target achievement

  experience
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for student engagement

• Fluency in Bengali

  is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the

  telecalling & marketing team

• Drive student admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
• Represent the brand in school visits, seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities
