Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage regional, national, and international design immersion programs (student exchange programs) that connect design students and aspirants with professionals, institutions, and communities globally. Build partnerships with institutions and communities. Establish collaborations with design studios, educational institutions, cultural organizations, and industry leaders. Oversee end-to-end coordination with travel partner for program logistics, including travel, accommodation, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. Plan and execute admissions events and outreach campaigns. Collaborate with coaching centers and admission vendors to plan admission outreach, workshops, and events for all CODE campuses. Prepare event and immersion calendar. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Arts, Education, Communication, or related field. Strong organizational, intercultural, and communication skills. Experience with event planning, international travel logistics, partnerships, and student engagement. Passion for design education and experiential learning.
