Event Outreach Manager

As a Design Immersion Program Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing regional, national, and international design immersion programs. These programs aim to connect design students and aspirants with professionals, institutions, and communities on a global scale. Your role will involve building partnerships with various institutions and communities, including design studios, educational institutions, cultural organizations, and industry leaders. You will oversee the end-to-end coordination with our travel partner to manage program logistics such as travel, accommodation, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and executing admissions events and outreach campaigns. Collaboration with coaching centers and admission vendors for admission outreach, workshops, and events across all campuses of CODE will also be a part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Arts, Education, Communication, or a related field. Strong organizational, intercultural, and communication skills are essential for this role. Experience in event planning, international travel logistics, partnerships, and student engagement will be beneficial. A passion for design education and experiential learning is highly desirable. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The successful candidate must be able to start immediately as we are looking to fill this position urgently. The role involves 75% travel, and the work location is in person.,
