You will be responsible for developing and managing regional, national, and international design immersion programs (student exchange programs) that facilitate connections between design students, professionals, institutions, and communities worldwide. Your role will involve building partnerships with various institutions and communities, as well as collaborating with design studios, educational institutions, cultural organizations, and industry leaders. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end coordination with a travel partner for program logistics, including travel, accommodation, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. You will also be tasked with planning and executing admissions events and outreach campaigns, in collaboration with coaching centers and admission vendors for admission outreach, workshops, and events across all campuses of CODE. Moreover, you will be responsible for preparing event and immersion calendars. The qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Design, Arts, Education, Communication, or related fields, with a preference for a design background. Strong organizational, intercultural, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in event planning, international travel logistics, partnerships, and student engagement. A passion for design education and experiential learning is highly desirable. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The successful candidate must be able to start immediately, as the need to fill this position is urgent. Relevant experience in event planning and outreach activities, each for at least one year, is required.
