Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Coordinator to join our team at CODE. The ideal candidate will be a people-first professional who thrives on building connections, driving engagement, and creating meaningful community experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of India’s creative education movement.

You will work closely with the Community Manager and team to ensure our community remains active, engaged, and inspired. From online initiatives to offline events, your role will be central in fostering collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building, growing, and engaging CODE’s creative community.
• Manage daily community operations across online platforms and forums.
• Plan and support execution of community programs, including workshops, meet-ups, contests, and masterclasses.
• Facilitate discussions, address member queries, and ensure a positive, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaigns, social media, and partnerships.
• Track and report on community engagement metrics, providing insights for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in community management, social media, events, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize engaging activities and experiences.
• Passion for design, education, or creative industries (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
