Job Summary: We are hiring a highly experienced and motivated Security Manager to oversee all security operations across our client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. The Security Manager will be responsible for managing field officers and security guards, ensuring the safety and compliance of all sites, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage security personnel, including Field Officers and Security Guards Develop and implement site-specific security protocols and emergency response plans Ensure full compliance with company policies, client expectations, and statutory regulations Conduct regular audits and inspections at client sites to ensure service quality Coordinate deployment, duty rosters, and shift scheduling for guards Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures Handle client communication, resolve issues, and attend review meetings Maintain records of attendance, performance, and training of the security team Work closely with HR and Operations teams for recruitment and manpower planning Manage crises such as theft, fire, or unauthorized access and respond appropriately Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a security leadership role Ex-Serviceman / Police / Para-military background preferred Graduate in any discipline; certification in Security Management is an advantage Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and regional language Willing to travel across sites frequently; must own a two-wheeler (preferred) Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting software Sound knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, fire safety, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Anayara, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Security Manager: 5 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and deployment of manpower (housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff) for client sites. Handle joining formalities, documentation, ID cards, and statutory compliance for all employees. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift schedules in coordination with site supervisors. Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance from different sites. Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, LWF, gratuity, minimum wages, and contract labor regulations. Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in consultation with senior management. Coordinate with site managers/supervisors for manpower planning and replacement requirements. Conduct induction and orientation for new joiners and facilitate basic training programs. Prepare HR reports, maintain compliance registers, and assist during audits/inspections. Support employee engagement and welfare activities to improve retention and satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 1–3 years of HR experience in facility management, security, or manpower outsourcing industry. Good knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance in facility management. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
