Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie - South Indian with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and preparing South Indian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and dosas.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie - South Indian or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
