Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CDI (Continental Chef de Partie) to join our team at Ira By Orchid Hotel in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct inventory management and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CDI or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
