Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Catering Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales coordination and catering sales, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Coordinate and manage catering sales activities, including event planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure successful events.
  • Assist in creating menus, pricing, and contracts for catering services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and inventory.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in catering sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
