Category Head

As a Category Head for Tissue Paper Making Machines at Delhi Core and Lamination Pvt. Ltd. in Ghaziabad, your role will involve strategic planning, P&L management, team leadership, sales enablement, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the category roadmap aligned with the company's vision and market trends. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing studies to identify growth opportunities. - Own revenue, margin, and cost objectives for assigned product categories. - Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and implement corrective actions. - Hire, mentor, and manage a telesales team to meet lead generation and conversion targets. - Develop sales scripts, training modules, and performance dashboards. - Work closely with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product launches and quality standards. - Present category performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. - Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, dealers, and channel partners. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in category/product management or sales leadership, preferably in industrial machinery or B2B equipment. - Proven track record managing and scaling a telesales team with demonstrable KPIs. - Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and ability to interpret market data. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficient in Excel.
