Category Head

You will be responsible for managing specific program categories within HigherEd, focusing on driving growth, partnerships, and revenue outcomes. Your role will involve: - Owning the end-to-end performance and growth of assigned program categories. - Analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and learner needs to optimize category strategy. - Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. - Developing pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies for the assigned categories. - Tracking and reporting category KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue, and ROI. - Building relationships with university partners and overseeing operational execution. - Identifying opportunities for new programs and content enhancements within the category. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience in EdTech, higher education, or related sectors. - Strong understanding of program management, revenue planning, and category strategy. - Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decisions. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.,
