As part of stakeholder management, you will be responsible for presenting category performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Building and maintaining relationships with key distributors, dealers, and channel partners is also a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in category/product management or sales leadership roles, preferably in the industrial machinery or B2B equipment sector. A proven track record in managing and scaling a telesales team with measurable KPIs is essential. Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to interpret market data are required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
