What we are looking for
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Identify trends, anomalies, and drop-offs through deep-dive analyses to diagnose issues and drive data-backed improvements
- Own end-to-end analytics for assigned product category and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics: GMV, conversion rates, booking volumes, agent activity, retention cohorts, AOV, etc.
- Use data to understand what can drive growth and improvement in the assigned category.
- Design A/B tests and experiments to validate growth levers and analyze experiment results and provide clear recommendations on scale/kill decisions
- Work closely with Product and Growth teams to help decide what should be built next.
- Share insights and recommendations clearly with product, tech, business, and operations teams.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, operations, and finance teams and help business teams understand product performance through data and drive growth.

- Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
