About The Role
The Catalog Troubleshooter is responsible for managing product listings, A+ content, Brand Storefronts, and catalog optimization across e-commerce platforms. The role includes maintaining account health, troubleshooting listing issues, and handling support case escalations. It also requires close coordination with cross-functional teams and timely reporting to ensure smooth operations and growth for client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Catalog Compliance & Management:-
- Strong expertise in Amazon (Seller Central & Vendor Central), Flipkart, Walmart, and other leading e-commerce platforms.
- Multi-Brand Catalog Management - Manage catalog operations simultaneously across multiple brands and categories.
- Responsible for uploading product listings, creating parent–child relationships, and ensuring accurate catalog data across portals.
- Manage Video, A+ Content uploads (Basic & Premium) and ensure content compliance with platform guidelines.
- Conduct A/B testing and regularly update and maintain Brand Storefronts, ensuring navigation, design, and content are aligned with marketing campaigns.
Account Health Compliance
- Proactively monitor account health metrics (policy violations, stranded inventory, suppressed listings).
- Ensure all product listings adhere to Amazon/Flipkart/Walmart compliance and category guidelines.
- Handle case creation with marketplace support for escalations or policy disputes.
- Implement corrective measures for Buy Box suppression, pricing errors, or IP complaints.
- Maintain zero tolerance for repeat policy violations through preventive checks.
Reporting & Insights
- Proper update of all catalog related dashboards in a timely manner.
- Share weekly/monthly dashboards on listing performance and issue resolution TAT.
- Identify recurring catalog issues and propose process improvements.
- Revise and update existing SOPs regularly, and develop new SOPs for every newly identified process or task.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Provide timely updates to Brand Managers and Account Directors to ensure smooth execution of tasks..
- Handle support case escalations for Sales, Marketing, Inventory, and other teams as and when required.
Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements) :-
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in:
- Catalog management, uploading listings, creating parentage, and troubleshooting issues across marketplaces.
- Resolving account health issues, filing cases, and addressing troubleshooting needs on Amazon.
- Seller University Courses for Account Health Management
Bonus Skills (A Plus For Your Application)
- Experienced with tools such as Slack, and Asana (or comparable tools) for communication and project management.
- Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple tasks, assignments, and ad-hoc duties efficiently.
- Familiarity with suppressed listing management and account health.
- Willingness to research issues and come up with solutions based on data guidance.
