Demonstrated experience in collaborating with corporate CSR teams. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP certification is a plus) and experience with M&E frameworks. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring diverse teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in data management, MIS reporting, and project documentation.
