As a Project Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and monitoring development projects aimed at poverty eradication and sustainable community development. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with community leaders, managing project budgets, compiling progress reports, and ensuring that project goals and timelines are met. Additionally, you will be involved in community outreach, capacity building, and facilitating training sessions for community members. To excel in this role, you should possess strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, implement, and monitor projects effectively. Experience in Watershed Activities, Agriculture activities, community outreach, and coordination with community leaders is essential. You should also have expertise in budget management and reporting, capacity building, and facilitating training sessions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and community members. The ideal candidate will have a background in Agricultural Engineering and experience in the development sector, particularly working with community-based organizations. This is a full-time position that requires you to work on-site in Vizianagaram, India.
