Job Description

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the management system in accordance with the plan of the nacelle & hub EHS department. Your primary duty will involve preventing and controlling on-site risks, as well as coordinating and planning all EHS affairs of the base. This includes organizing the EHS committee, conducting training sessions, performing internal audits at the base level, monitoring compliance matters and KPI progress, and managing high-risk issues. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing the internal personnel capacity. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning the entire EHS work in the factory, implementing the responsibility system, and setting KPIs. - Leading teams to conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), manage risks, and integrate high-risk tasks into the factory's annual action plan. - Conducting on-site EHS supervision, guiding on-site improvements, utilizing safety scorecards and Behavior-Based Safety Observations (BBSO), and fostering self-management within the team. - Supervising and ensuring that specialized personnel (such as crane operators, electrical operators, and forklift operators) possess the necessary certifications. Managing special equipment and enforcing environmental protection and occupational health regulations. - Promoting various safety measures such as Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), equipment safety, Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS), ergonomics, lifting safety, working at heights, electrical safety, industrial health, fire safety, and environmental management. - Implementing EHS empowerment management strategies and using safety scorecards to encourage self-management within the team. - Managing the EHS budget and expenses effectively. - Selecting appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), providing training on correct PPE usage, and ensuring employees comply with PPE guidelines. - Conducting EHS training and evaluating the EHS capabilities of personnel. - Managing and enhancing occupational health protection, including improving industrial dust removal systems, ergonomics, and overall occupational health management. - Overseeing the management and reduction of industrial wastes. - Leading accident investigations at the factory and implementing timely improvement measures. - Managing external suppliers (commercial insurance) and defining qualification rules for outsourcers.,
