Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Site Manger is responsible for smooth functioning of all administrative functions including employee cafeteria, transportation, housekeeping, security services in the plant and effective management and control by successfully implementing Administration KPIs,


Key areas of responsibility include:


  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the Office, Plan and streamline all administrative procedures
  • Canteen Management & Cafeteria Management (including pantry operations)
  • Emp. Transportation, Pool Car Management
  • Monitor office inventory and organizational costs.
  • House Keeping, Drinking Water, Plant Assets & Stationary Management
  • Support HR in administering Employee Engagement Management (Festivals, Women’s Day annual events etc…)
  • General Admin Management (Uniforms, Kiosk, Shop floor water coolers, Guest / customer visit coordination)
  • Maintaining Global Standard Township (expat guest house etc..)
  • Compliance pertaining to facilities.
  • Canteen and Transport related grievance redressal with union.
  • Capex & Revenue budget management
  • Handled Rescue Operation (Example: Cyclone & Pandemic Operations)


Ideal candidate profile

For the above need, the most likely profile would be an administrative professional with good exposure to different facets of the function


The incumbent should have a strong background in administration.


Primary qualities for the Candidate: -


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Degree/PG holder in HR or administration discipline.
  • Sound knowledge in all administration activities including cost and budget management.
  • Successful track record with 15+ experience in administration. Should be well networked within the industry and HR community.

  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to network at the appropriate level in statutory organizations.
