Field Supervisor - Waste Worker Professionalization (SIFI) (Female Candidates Only)

As a Senior Executive in Waste Worker Professionalization (Social Inclusion) at Kosi Kalan - Mathura, you will be responsible for professionalizing waste workers and creating inclusive, circular, and sustainable business models. Your role will involve conducting capacity building training programs, need assessment surveys, health camps, and vaccination drives for waste workers. You will also identify social security schemes, enroll eligible workers, and collaborate with Self Help Groups (SHGs) to streamline their activities and create alternative income opportunities. Key Skills: - Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Effective time management to meet deadlines on tasks and projects Core Responsibilities: - Capacity building training for waste workers - Conducting need assessment surveys - Planning health camps and vaccination drives - Enrolling workers in social security schemes - Regularizing SHG meetings and savings - Streamlining inter-loaning system within SHGs - Conducting FGDs to identify alternative income opportunities - Training workers on income-generating skills - Market study of products for viability - Building micro-enterprises of SHGs - Collaborating with various teams for project success - Creating and delivering presentations - Traveling to different locations to understand worker needs - Generating reports and presentations based on data - Showcasing success stories of waste worker professionalization Education And Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, Social Work, or related field - Minimum 1+ years of experience in development and social impact sector - Proficiency in computer skills If you are a proactive professional with a passion for social inclusion and waste worker professionalization, we encourage you to share your CV with us at tasneem.khot@recity.in.
