Field Supervisor - Waste Worker Professionalization (SIFI) (Female Candidates Only)

As a Senior Executive in Waste Worker Professionalization (Social Inclusion) based in Kosi Kalan - Mathura, your role involves a variety of responsibilities to enhance the livelihoods of waste workers and create sustainable business models. You will have the opportunity to work independently and collaborate with a team, utilizing your computer skills and effective communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct capacity building training programs for waste workers - Perform Need Assessment Surveys - Organize health camps and vaccination drives for waste workers - Identify and enroll workers in social security schemes - Regularize monthly meetings and savings of Self Help Groups (SHGs) - Streamline inter loaning system within SHGs - Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with SHGs to identify alternative income opportunities - Onboard experts to train workers on income-generating skills - Conduct market studies to assess product viability - Establish micro-enterprises for SHGs - Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders as needed - Create and deliver presentations to management - Travel to different locations to understand the needs and challenges of waste workers - Prepare reports and presentations based on data and real-life examples - Showcase highlights and success stories of waste worker professionalization Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in disciplines like Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, Social Work, etc. - Full-time professional with a Master's degree and at least 1 year of experience in development and social impact sector - Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. If you are passionate about social inclusion and making a positive impact on waste workers" lives, please share your CV with tasneem.khot@recity.in.,
