Executive - Waste Worker Professionalization (SIFI)

As a Senior Executive in Waste Worker Professionalization (Social Inclusion) based in Kosi Kalan - Mathura, you will play a crucial role in creating inclusive, circular, and sustainable business models while professionalizing waste workers. Your key responsibilities will include conducting capacity building training programs, need assessment surveys, health camps, and vaccination drives for waste workers. Additionally, you will identify social security schemes, enroll eligible workers, and collaborate closely with Self Help Groups (SHGs) to streamline their operations and support their income-generating activities. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, utilizing your effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to engage with various stakeholders. Your time management skills will be essential in meeting deadlines for multiple tasks and projects. Furthermore, you will be responsible for onboarding experts to train workers on income-generating skills, conducting market studies, and building micro-enterprises within SHGs. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in disciplines such as Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, or Social Work. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the development and social impact sector is required. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
