Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Campus Recruiter, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, coordinating and attending campus recruitment events, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Campus Recruiter will also analyze hiring metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment trends.

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Event Coordination, Communication, and Presentation skills
• Analytical skills for evaluating recruitment metrics and trends
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Understanding of campus recruitment processes and strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education sector or EdTech industry is a plus
