What You’ll Do

• Lead Campus Engagements

  – Plan and execute recruitment drives, placement talks, and campus events at targeted colleges and institutes.

• Build Institutional Relationships

  – Partner with placement cells, faculty, and student groups to establish a strong presence on campuses.

• Promote Our Brand

  – Create memorable student experiences through events, workshops, and competitions.

• Hire Emerging Talent

  – Manage the full recruitment cycle: shortlisting, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

• Collaborate with Hiring Teams

  – Align talent acquisition with business needs and role requirements.

• Track & Improve

  – Monitor recruitment metrics to refine and enhance our campus hiring strategy.

• Go Beyond the Campus

  – Leverage social media, virtual events, and online platforms to reach students across geographies.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and hiring campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
