We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns are effectively designed, executed, monitored, and optimized to achieve business goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline) aligned with business objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales, product, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Handle end-to-end campaign lifecycle – from ideation, targeting, and content creation to execution and reporting.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, email, paid ads, SEO, and influencer outreach. • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities for campaigns and partnerships to enhance visibility and conversions.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and present them to management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management, preferably in [Industry – EdTech/FMCG/IT].
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
