Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Industrial Trainee, with work from home flexibility. The Industrial Trainee will be placed within the Finance & Operations team and will be instrumental in Process Automation, Internal Controls, and Management Information Systems (MIS). This profile is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the intersection of finance and technology in a corporate setting.

Key areas

1. process Automation: Assisting in the identification, documentation, and automation of routine finance and accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

2. Process Controls & Internal Audit: Involvement in designing, implementing, and monitoring internal financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

3. MIS and Reporting: Developing, analysing, and generating Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

4. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Supporting the team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Articleship background and practical experiences considered
• Experience or willingness to participate in Training programs
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a work from home environment
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
