CA Industrial Trainee

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct expense and variance analysis and prepare trend analysis
• Help with the preparation of management reports and presentations
• Assist in internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and documentation
• Support internal control reviews and ensure compliance with regulations
• Assist with tax-related activities like the preparation and filing of various tax returns.
• Help reconcile financial discrepancies and accounts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budget targets.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and implement efficiencies.
• Assist in automating financial processes and procedures.

• Education:

• Currently pursuing a CA and eligible for industrial training as per

  ICAI guidelines

  .

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is often an advantage.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools like SQL, Python, or R can be a plus.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
