An excellent opportunity for Chartered Accountancy (CA) aspirants seeking meaningful exposure in the financial services sector. As an Industrial Trainee in the Internal Audit Branch Audit team, you will gain hands-on experience across diverse audit processes of a leading NBFC, enhancing your understanding of business operations, controls, and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in branch audits to evaluate operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in end-to-end audit execution, including planning, fieldwork, testing of controls, and documentation of findings.
• Support preparation of audit reports, draft observations, and discuss preliminary findings with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track implementation of audit recommendations and monitor closure of action plans.
• Develop an understanding of audit tools, data analysis techniques, and reporting methodologies used in internal audit.

Travel and Work Model:

• Structured Travel Cycle: Audit travel typically spans April to November/December, with auditors traveling around three weeks a month.
• Pre-Planned Schedules: Travel plans are finalized and shared by the 10th of each month, allowing ample time for personal and professional planning.
• Weekend Return: Auditors generally return to Mumbai on Fridays; exceptions apply for nearby audits where staying over the weekend may be practical.
• Audit Load: Typically, two branches are covered per week, depending on geography and branch size.
• Travel Mode: Air travel and Tier-2 (AC 2nd Class) rail travel are the preferred modes for intercity travel. Cab arrangements are provided for last-mile connectivity from airports or railway stations to branch locations.
