Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence in the architecture, interior design, and construction sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, along with an understanding of design & construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities in architecture, interior, and construction projects.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and corporate partners.
  • Manage client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into projects.

3. Sales Process Management

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to understand technical requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines with clients.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and update CRM/records regularly.

4. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, execution) to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to clients.
  • Assist in resolving client issues promptly for smooth project execution.

5. Marketing & Branding Support

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Support marketing activities, digital promotions, and brand-building strategies.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, lead status, and market insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and agreements.

7. Site Visits (City & Outstation)

  • Conduct site visits for project evaluation, client meetings, and inspections as required.
  • Travel within the city and outstation for business development and client coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
