# Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

# Key Responsibilities:
1. *Develop and execute business development strategies*: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute tactics to achieve revenue growth targets.2. *Build and maintain relationships*: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.3. *Conduct market research and analysis*: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.4. *Identify and pursue new business opportunities*: Research and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and new market entries.5. *Develop and present business proposals*: Create and present compelling business proposals to prospective clients and partners.6. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams*: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align business development strategies with company goals.7. *Meet and exceed revenue targets*: Achieve and exceed revenue growth targets through successful business development initiatives.

# Requirements:
1. *Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field*: A degree in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.2. *Minimum 3 years of business development experience*: Proven experience in business development, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.3. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.4. *Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills*: Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to business challenges.5. *Strong analytical and research skills*: Ability to conduct market research and analysis, and to interpret data to inform business development strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
