Business Strategy & Operations Lead

You’ll work directly with the CEO on high-priority initiatives that cut across functions like Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and Operations. Strategic Execution:
Drive and execute cross-functional projects that span multiple teams, ensuring priorities are aligned and outcomes are measurable.Revenue Optimization:
Partner with Sales to identify revenue bottlenecks, refine pricing and packaging strategies, and implement tools and processes to improve funnel efficiency.Customer Success Enablement:
Collaborate with the CS team to improve customer health metrics — onboarding success, conversion rates, retention, and churn reduction.Partnership Management:
Oversee key business partnerships (e.g., payment processors, tech enablers), ensuring smooth collaboration, contract alignment, and ROI delivery.Organizational Operations:
Work with HR and leadership on company-wide projects such as onboarding design, performance processes, and org health initiatives.Workforce Planning:
Support leadership in capacity planning, headcount forecasting, and closing critical business hires.Business Planning & Forecasting:
Lead quarterly revenue and operations planning to align resources, budgets, and growth goals.Data-Driven Decision Making:
Design and maintain business dashboards that track key KPIs, providing actionable insights for leadership.Special Projects:
Take ownership of high-impact, time-sensitive initiatives that don’t have clear ownership within the organization.What Makes You a Great Fit:
2–4 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or general management within a startup or high-growth company.Strong generalist mindset — you can move fluidly between strategy and execution, and across functions like sales, HR, and operations.Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguity and solve complex problems independently.High ownership and bias for action — you make things happen without waiting for perfect conditions.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Analytical and data-driven — comfortable using metrics and tools to inform business decisions.Preferred Background:
Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership on high-impact business initiatives.Exposure to SaaS, B2B, or technology-driven business environments.Strong understanding of revenue operations, business analytics, or organizational development.Core Skills:
