Join us in reshaping the future of business.About The Role:Walr is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Manager with a strong background in bidding and team management to join our dynamic Operations Team. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and contributing to our strategic goals through efficient delivery and client satisfaction.This role requires a blend of operational leadership, a deep understanding of global sample supply, and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team that manages client bid responses and admin support, making sure we deliver with speed and accuracy every time.
  • Own the bidding process — ensuring we meet the highest standards of speed and quality.
  • Be the go-to person for complex bids and administrative escalations, helping the team move quickly and confidently.
  • Spot opportunities to improve how we work — from removing bottlenecks to introducing scalable, efficient processes.
  • Work closely with Sales and Project Management to deliver a seamless client experience, from first contact to project handover.
  • Keep an eye on performance — track key metrics, celebrate wins, and share updates with senior leadership.
  • Build a team culture that values ownership, learning, and doing great work — together.
  • Jump in on cross-team projects, share what works, and help raise the bar across the business.
