Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager Business Operations to lead and align all operational functions with the companys strategic objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of departmental goals and the ability to translate them into actionable KRAs for each function. The Manager will ensure timely and quality delivery of tasks, foster a high-performance culture, and mentor teams across multiple functions including Marketing, Sales support, Service Excellence, HR, Accounts, and Administration. The ideal candidate will combine leadership, planning discipline, and stakeholder management to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment:

    Understand organizational objectives and ensure each BizOps function is aligned. Translate KPIs defined by MD into actionable KRAs for each role and department.
  • Performance Management:

    Monitor progress against KRAs and deadlines; conduct weekly and monthly reviews. Identify gaps in execution and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Team Leadership & Development:

    Build and maintain a high-performance culture within BizOps. Mentor team members on functional expectations and behavioral competencies.
  • Planning & Coordination:

    Implement structured planning frameworks like the 168-hour work allocation. Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet organizational priorities.
  • Compliance & Governance:

    Oversee statutory compliance in HR and Accounts (PF, ESIC, GST, TDS, etc.). Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to audit requirements.
  • Operational Efficiency:

    Identify and implement cost optimization strategies. Streamline workflows and improve process effectiveness across departments.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Act as a liaison between BizOps and other departments for seamless coordination. Incorporate internal and external stakeholder needs into operational plans.
  • Communication & Reporting:

    Prepare concise dashboards and reports for MD on performance, risks, and improvements. Facilitate effective communication within the BizOps team and leadership.

  • Monthly BizOps performance dashboard and review reports.
  • Training and development plans for team competency improvement.
  • Compliance health and audit readiness across all operational areas.
  • Cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
