Job Description

As a Business Operations Manager I at HP, your role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes, and manufacturing/delivery of products and services in alignment with HP policies and country regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for business process improvement, manage costs effectively, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and work with cross-functional teams to create and implement plans that align with business strategies - Participate in the development of demand signals, validate alignment with transition plans, identify supply constraints, and define an executable plan to meet financial and market share goals - Manage business execution processes related to lifecycle planning, order management, logistics management, and inventory management - Partner cross-functionally to develop, track, and manage business metrics such as customer availability, service levels, on-time delivery, supplier response time, supply chain costs, and inventory Qualifications Required: - First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred - 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function - Broker's license and/or 4-6 years of experience in a customs/global trade function In this role at HP, you will apply your developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines. You will work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope, exercising independent judgment to identify solutions.
