Job Title: Power BI Developer

Location: Chennai

Working Conditions Hybrid; 2 Days Office Attendance

Job Summary: In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using MS Power BI for Survey programs. The primary role is to transform raw data into interactive visual reports that help stakeholders make data driven decisions.

o Technical skills (Required)

§ Microsoft Office tools – Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot

§ PowerBI Service

· Data modeling (Power BI)

· Concept of shared dataset / datamodel and thin reports.

· Composite models

· Embedded models

· Live connections

· Direct queries

§ Advanced use of DAX and M, and able to decide when it is preferable to favor one over the other

§ SQL

§ Power Apps, specifically Power Automate

o Technical skills (Preferred)

§ Dax Studio

§ ALM Toolkit

§ SSMS

o Non-technical

§ Ability to discuss requirements with non-technical colleagues

§ Ability to analyze complex requests with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving skills

§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to manage and influence stakeholders

§ Good time management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent deliverables

§ Good analytical and problem-solving skills

§ Effective interpersonal skills; ability to work with virtual teams

§ Ability to interface with all levels of the company and with functional disciplines
