Business Operations Manager

• Take accountability and manage city-level operations including partner operations, vendor operations, 1P catalog logistics, and ads & marketing campaigns.
• Work with 1P retail partners to ensure on-time order fulfillment, real-time inventory updates, and provide technical and operational support to ensure customer delight.
• Ensure partners meet defined performance standards and expectations.
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
• Work with vendors to ensure quality standards and TAT adherence.
• Collaborate across teams to identify improvement areas and execute initiatives seamlessly across geographies.
• Engage with city teams to understand challenges and opportunities and create actionable plans.
