Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in business development, strategic partnerships, with same / similar target clients
• Proven track record in BFSI/fintech ecosystem, preferably in selling financial services, digital insurance or embedded protection plans.
• Strong understanding of the consumer electronics, home appliance, or consumer durable industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with extended warranty or after-sales protection products is desired
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort working with CRM tools and sales dashboards.
