As a BI Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of crafting data-driven insights that fuel strategic decision-making for enterprise clients. This role blends deep technical expertise with business understanding to design, develop, and deliver intelligent dashboards and analytics capabilities at scale.

What you will OWN:

• Contribute to building industry best in class KPIs for various industries in Loyalty and Customer Engagement Space.
• Writing complex SQL queries and working on SQL optimization and performance for the reports.
• Work on AI/ML-based insights to forecast sales, predict customer churn, detect Fraud and Anomalies, suggest customer loyalty strategies, etc.
• Analyzing data, transform and build data insights on top of the data stored in data warehouse.
• Build reports and dashboards on multiple Reporting tool.

To be successful in this role, you should have

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS/IT 2024, 2025 Graduates.
• Proficiency in designing dashboards with the use of visualization tool Amazon Quicksight (experience on similar tools PowerBI, Tableau is also accepted).
• Ability to analyze the data so as to identify trends
• Strong Knowlwdge on SQL, ETL and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
