UnboundB2B is recruiting for the role of BI Developer with expertise in Microsoft PowerBI and Python to lead the design, development, and implementation of reporting solutions and automation. As a BI Developer, you will play a critical role in creating robust reporting solutions, ensuring technical feasibility, and driving architecture decisions in alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide desktop, mobile, and cross platform visualization technology expertise

Design comprehensive data visualizations translating complex requirements into an optimal technical design

Build dashboards and reports using mainly Power BI

Build Universes in Information Design Tool on top of PHP

Perform routine program modifications, performance tuning, problem solving, debugging and unit testing

Perform analysis and design, write technical specifications, configure, and program in the Microsoft BI environment, including testing and implementation

Assist with the development of organizational improvement projects

Provide first level of support to troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing solutions

Develop and provide insights to organizations through access and queries interpretation, reports, dashboards, and other metrics within BI ecosystem

Train consumers on how to access, interpret and become self-sufficient using data visualizations

Provide first level of support to trouble shoot and resolve issues within existing reports

Assist with the development of organizational improvement projects

Consult with clients regarding visual design, data, tools, capability, and global reporting solutions

Performs first level of functional testing of new reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1 - 3 years of experience creating data visualizations

Experience in Agile Methodology and usage of tools like JIRA

Experience with creating Power BI solutions

Experience with SQL & Python

Subject matter expert on existing certified reports

Fluent in English

Ability to learn

Detail oriented, self-directed, and strong independent problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment

Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and exercise task specific project plans with minimal supervision

Familiar with Data Warehouse concepts

Advanced SQL

Power BI

Python

Desktop, mobile, and cross platform visualization technology expertise

Knowledge about Agile management process and framework (SCRUM)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Desired Skills:

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Experience with Microsoft BI and Python Scripting.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, gathering requirements, and working directly with clients.
