Job Description

Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive
Power BI dashboards and reports
to support business functions.
Write and optimize
SQL queries in BigQuery
to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards.
Monitor BI solutions for performance and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand reporting needs and KPIs.
Create ad-hoc analysis and reports to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
Stay updated with BI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve analytics processes.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in
Power BI
data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
Solid experience in
Google Big Query
writing complex SQL queries and optimizing performance.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a bonus.
Exposure to cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure is an added advantage.
