Job Description

As a Plant HR, your role will involve overseeing talent management, employee relations, HR compliance, and operational HR excellence at the plant level. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling HR operations projects efficiently. - Coordinating with the Plant HR Team for tasks such as manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, conducting joining formalities, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, maintaining documentation accuracy, ensuring factory compliances, and managing administrative tasks. - Ensuring that safety compliances are strictly adhered to at the plant level and assisting in the implementation of a POSH Policy Compliance under the guidance of seniors. - Being willing to travel to various plant locations as required.
