About the Role:

Business Head – Beauty (Private Brands)

Key Responsibilities:

💄 Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the private label beauty portfolio

🧴 Lead new product development — from concept to shelf

🌍 Collaborate with R&D, sourcing, design, and packaging teams to deliver product excellence

📈 Manage P&L, margins, and category growth targets

🎯 Build and scale beauty brands aligned with evolving consumer trends

📦 Partner with third-party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and innovation

🛍️ Work closely with marketing and retail teams to strengthen brand visibility and storytelling

Ideal Candidate:

✅ MBA / PG in Marketing, Product, or Brand Management

✅ 10–15 years of experience in Beauty / Personal Care / FMCG / Retail

✅ Proven track record in launching and managing high-growth beauty portfolios

✅ Strong understanding of formulation, packaging, and category innovation

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
