Summary:

Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and sustainable growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and expansion areas.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for all departments to ensure goal alignment.

2. Business Development & Marketing

  • Drive business growth by identifying new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee marketing strategy, branding, and promotional activities across platforms.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business development objectives.
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to refine strategies and improve reach.

3. Sales Management

  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed targets across all product and service categories.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Monitor market performance and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.

4. Production & Operations

  • Ensure production targets are met with efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics to optimize workflows.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Finance & Budgeting

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for all departments.
  • Monitor P&L, cash flow, and key performance metrics to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure financial discipline, cost optimization, and compliance with company policies.

6. Human Resources & Administration

  • Supervise HR operations including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and compliance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes accountability and growth.
  • Ensure HR strategies support business objectives and employee engagement.

7. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor department heads to achieve business goals.
  • Promote collaboration, innovation, and high performance across teams.
  • Conduct regular performance and progress reviews to ensure alignment with objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration / Management / Finance / Operations

    or related field (

    MBA preferred

    ).
  • 10 to 15 years of proven leadership experience

    across multiple business functions.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management abilities.
  • Experience in business expansion, strategic planning, and P&L management.
